Brief introduction to the System

XZQ-ZK Density Control System for dense medium separation system, through monitoring and automatic control of operating parameters of dense medium process, not only reduces production cost and improves work conditions of operators, but also reduces accident handling time, optimizes operating parameters and product structure and increases recovery. It realizes the goal of high-efficiency, low medium consumption and “staff reduction and efficiency increase” in the plant. The density control system consists of dense medium density control and level control for medium sump, etc.

◆ Automatic control of medium density

Density control function:

（1）Automatic detection and control of the density of suspension liquid of dense medium system. The density control range is: the set value ±0.01g/cm3.

（2）Real-time monitoring of the liquid level of heavy medium sump. The measurement error is required to be ≤ ±10cm.

（3）Real-time monitoring of the liquid level of dilute medium sump. The measurement error is required to be ≤±10cm.

（4）Real-time monitoring of the liquid level of magnetic separator tailing sump. The measurement error is required to be ≤±10cm.

（5）Real-time measurement of the pressure at the outlet of the heavy medium pump. The measurement error is required to be ≤±0.005MPa.

（6）Remote control by upper computer for powered divertor.

（7）Remote operation and maintenance of equipment.
