Brief introduction to the product

Intelligent Teetered Bed Separator (referred to as TBS) is a new type of coarse coal separator in domestic market developed by Kedi, and has obtained national patent, patent number: ZL 200620168758.7, and "TBS" has been registered as trademark at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce at the same time. It was upgraded in 2016 with the new patent (No. ZL201721521585.7) to intelligentized coarse coal cleaning, and the product was brought into the market.

◆ Controllable separation density, to the range of 1.3 ~ 1.8g/cm³

◆ Wide size range of feed: 3.0 ~ 0.15mm, the best size range of feed: 1.0 ~ 0.25mm

◆ Large capacity and high separation accuracy: Ep=0.06~0.12

◆ No dense medium or chemical reagents needed, low power consumption.

◆ Simple structure and low O&M cost.

◆ Built-in rake-type homogenizer and continuous discharge

◆ Intelligent control for operating parameters such as water supply, discharge volume, separation density and feed uniformity, etc.
