Brief introduction to the product

XCG series intelligent teethed-roller screen is a new type of screen equipment developed independently by the Company on the basis of advanced screen technology from foreign countries. It is also suitable for the classification of all bulk materials, The product is mainly used for pre-screen and final screen in coal mines, coal preparation plants, power plants and wharfs, etc.  

Product characteristics

◆ Size range is 8mm～300mm, and can be designed as required.

◆ The roller is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, featuring concave and convex staggered arrangement and high overload adaptability.

◆ The screen surface adopts various sizes of roller arrangement with variable incline angles, one machine can produce multiple sized products, and the height of the machine is relatively low that means space savings.

◆ The bearing seat of the machine is of the conjoined structure and chain drive is employed, featuring smooth operation, low failure rate and low maintenance.

◆ The machine is driven by single/multiple stage drive and features small vibration and light noise; the screen body is sealed to avoid dust emission and improve the environment.

◆ The machine provides high separation efficiency, especially when handling fine material  and wet and viscous material.

◆ The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system for bearings.

◆ Intelligent configuration (optional) for bearing temperature, vibration inspection, shaft jamming, chain breaking, alarm, interlock, variable frequency adjustment of production capacity, remote operation and maintenance, etc.
