Shanxi Liulin Coal Industry Co., Ltd. TBS system put into operation

​In August 2018, the TBS system of Shanxi Liulin Coal Industry Co., Ltd. was debugged and put into operation. The system uses our company's XGR-3000 type TBS, which processes 100-120 tons of coarse coal slurry per hour. The equipment achieves on-site and automatic control, and the system operates stably and reliably, improving the clean coal recovery rate of the process system.

In March 2018, the XCG toothed roller screen of Shenmu County Coal Mine was installed, debugged, and put into operation. This single equipment can simultaneously screen products with particle sizes of 27mm, 50mm, and 100mm, with a processing capacity of 600t/h, meeting the user's requirements for multiple particle levels and varieties of products.

XCG roller screen put into operation in Shandong Luxi Coal Mine

In December 2017, the XCG toothed roller screen of Luxi Coal Mine of Linyi Mining Group was installed, debugged, and put into operation. The equipment has a screening particle size of 50mm and a processing capacity of 400t/h. The XCG toothed roller screen has high screening efficiency and is particularly suitable for screening wet sticky materials, solving the screening problem of wet sticky raw coal in the Luxi mine.
