    In order to strengthen the monitoring and management of major hazard sources, prevent and reduce the occurrence of major accidents, the crude benzene storage tank in the oil depot of Liuzhou Iron and Steel (Group) Company is a major hazard source for hazardous chemicals, and an independent safety monitoring system (SMCS) needs to be set up as an emergency rescue warning, alarm, emergency response, and coordination command platform for accidents. In October 2015, the oil depot monitoring system renovation project of Liuzhou Iron and Steel (Group) Company was successfully completed. It was developed and developed by Shenyang Kedi Tongda Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The hardware used was Siemens AS412-5H hard redundant PLC system, and the software used was oil depot monitoring software developed by Kedi Company. Utilize information technology to monitor the temperature, pressure, storage capacity, leakage, fire protection, security, inspection, video, and other aspects of the production process of crude benzene storage tanks in oil depots on site, and achieve accident sound alarms and interlocking control. The entire system is integrated into one interface and published through the web for remote monitoring by enterprise superiors and government departments such as safety supervision and fire protection.

    At the end of September 2015, the TBS sorting system of the Changcheng No.3 (Shazhangtu) coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. was put into operation. The system uses three XGR-3600 TBS sorting machines, with a single processing capacity of up to 140t/h, achieving efficient sorting of coarse coal slurry and improving the recovery rate of clean coal.

    The TBS sorting system of Shaanxi Hancheng Coal Mine Preparation Plant has been put into operation

    In September 2015, the renovation project of the coarse coal slurry system at Xinglong Coal Preparation Plant in Hancheng, Shaanxi was successfully completed. The project used XGR-2400 TBS produced by Shenyang Kedi Tongda Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to process 80-100 tons of coarse coal slurry per hour. The system operated stably and reliably, improving the clean coal recovery rate of the process system.

After use, the screening effect is very ideal.

    In August 2015, the coal mine underground coal selection and gangue discharge control system developed and developed by Shenyang Kedi Tongda Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. obtained a national patent, patent number: 2015 2 0257535.7. In order to discharge the gangue from the raw coal in the coal mine from the source, prevent the gangue from rising into the well, and directly backfill the goaf underground, achieving the goal of green mining and environmental protection in the coal industry, we have innovated in coal mining and selection processes. We are the first and only one in China to apply the heavy medium shallow groove gangue removal system to coal mine underground selection and gangue removal. Our company has successfully developed a control system that is compatible with the coal mine underground coal selection and gangue removal process. Since 2010, we have successfully applied the coal mine underground coal selection and gangue removal control system to the Jiyang and Zhaizhen mines of Shandong Xinwen Mining Group, Yuxing coal mine in Inner Mongolia, and Pingmei 12 mine in Henan.

    In July 2015, the TBS system of Shanxi Juyi Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Coal Preparation Plant was commissioned and put into operation. The system uses XGR-2400 TBS produced by Shenyang Kedi Tongda Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It can process 100-120 tons of coarse coal slurry per hour and has a slurry processing capacity of ≥ 240m ³/ h. The equipment realizes on-site control and automatic control, and the system operates stably and reliably, improving the clean coal recovery rate of the process system.
