Shandong Xinwen Mining Group Suncun Coal Mine Heavy Medium Shallow Trough System Renovation Project Successfully Launched

The Sun Village Coal Mine Preparation Plant of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group takes the innovative concept of "surpassing oneself and leading one step" as its work goal, and adopts a heavy medium shallow groove waste discharge system instead of a dynamic screen waste discharge system to improve the efficiency of waste discharge. The renovation project of the heavy medium shallow groove system in Suncun Coal Mine was contracted by Shenyang Kedi Tongda Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The project was designed with a washing capacity of 600t/h. It started construction in September 2013 and was successfully completed in just two months. The heavy medium shallow groove renovation project includes the renovation and expansion of the raw coal preparation workshop building, reinforcement of the main building, installation and renovation of mechanical and electrical equipment, power supply and distribution equipment, centralized density control system, water supply and drainage, and heating systems. New technologies and equipment are widely used in engineering, among which the heavy medium shallow tank automation system is divided into centralized control, heavy medium density control, heavy medium shallow tank frequency conversion control, medium bucket liquid level control, medium pump frequency conversion control, air compressor automatic control, etc. The main electromechanical equipment includes 31 sets of equipment, including XZQ type heavy medium shallow groove separator, XCG type toothed roller screen specially adapted for wet sticky raw coal classification, XJG type double mass vibration feeder, medium removal screen, cyclone group, etc. After the heavy medium shallow groove sorting system was put into operation, the efficiency of raw coal gangue sorting was significantly improved, with a gangue discharge efficiency of over 99%, significantly reducing the labor intensity of employees; At the same time, an additional 16% of pre selection gangue can be discharged, solving the problem of gangue quantity restricting the coal washing system. The washing capacity of the coal washing system is relatively improved, and the efficiency of washing raw coal is increased, which has great economic benefits.
