The renovation project of the heavy medium shallow groove waste discharge system of Xin'an Coal Industry Company of Zaozhuang Mining Group has been successfully put into operation

The original coal preparation workshop of Xin'an Coal Industry Company, Shandong Energy Zaozhuang Mining Group, initially used a dynamic screen and jigging system. Due to small processing capacity, low efficiency of gangue removal, and poor adaptability to coal quality changes, it was unable to meet the production requirements of the mine. After investigation, it was decided to carry out a heavy medium shallow groove sorting process transformation on the original screen and gangue removal system. The renovation project of Xin'an Coal Industry Company's heavy medium shallow groove waste discharge system is the responsibility of Shenyang Kedi Tongda Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. to determine the renovation technical scheme, design the overall project, and select the company's patented product XZQ heavy medium shallow groove sorting machine, density control, and equipment centralized control automation system. The project started construction on August 10, 2013, and during the construction period, production was only suspended for two days to complete the switch between the new and old waste disposal systems. The 3 million ton heavy medium shallow groove gangue discharge system renovation project of Xin'an Coal Industry Company was successfully completed and put into operation on September 14th, and the renovation project took 30 days. The heavy medium shallow groove sorting process system is fully automated, and the public and auxiliary facilities are unmanned. The discharge efficiency of the heavy medium shallow groove system is over 99%, with a medium consumption of 0.6kg/t, which reduces the number of operators and optimizes the production and management process, achieving the goals of improving quality, expanding production, reducing staff, and increasing efficiency in the coal preparation plant.
